As part of the State Fiscal Service (SFS) reform, the process of personnel selection for fiscal and customs services is planned to improve. Also, there will be staff rotation of these services through open and transparent competition. The decision was provided by the SFS reforms concept and recently approved by the Government.
According to the Minister of Finance Alexander Danyliuk, real SFS reboot, not a regular rotation of personnel should be expected. Therefore, already announced tenders for employment vacancies in SFS are planned to be canceled. Instead, new fully open and transparent selection of staff with the use of audio and video fixation will be carried out. Also, on behalf of the Minister of Finance, representatives of the Ministry of Finance, Business Ombudsman and experts will be involved in the work of the Selection Committee.
New approaches to SFS personnel management will provide gradual wages increase, which will depend on the qualification and performance indicator of work. Also, recertification and retraining of the staff, vocational training and practical courses according to international standards are planned.
