Using the ProZorro e-procurement system instead of paper tenders allowed the budget to save UAH 8 billion in 2016. With ProZorro, the state procurements are carried out online and any person can see the progress and results of the auction. There is no opportunity for corrupt tenders due to the full transparency of data and archives. The system provides complete information about a product or a service, bidders and winners.
